Osborn's School of Motoring Limited

How many lessons do I need?

This varies greatly from person to person, but an average 17 year old may need around 40 hours, it is the driving standard that needs to be high, not the number of hours taken.

How can I be sure I will receive a satisfactory service?

I trade under my own name, can I really afford to give a bad service, or allow one of my colleagues to do the same? I think not. We abide by the Driving Standards Agency Code of Conduct. We know that your satisfaction and recommendation is our best form of advertising.

Will you help me with the Theory and Hazard Perception Test?

We can lend you books, or CD-roms (subject to availability). We can obviously discuss any problems that you find along the way, and the theory and practical sides of driving are taught side-by-side. As the Hazard Perception test is still fairly new I have produced a detailed information sheet which will be handed to pupils, normally on the first lesson to help them understand exactly what is required on the test.
