Have you passed your theory test? Yes No
OK pop down to your local bookstore and purchase a Highway Code (£1.49) and a theory test question book. There are several available, probably the most thorough one is the DSA Official Theory Test Book for Car Drivers, or a CD-rom which will help you with the Hazard Perception part of the test.Don't get a dated second-hand book from a friend, as these books tend to be re-published annually and you will find that there may be a lot of questions missing.Once you have studied the theory book and Highway Code and you are answering around 90% of the questions accurately, you are probably ready to book your theory test. This can be done by telephoning 0300 200 1122, or online at the DSA website. You will be required to quote your driving licence number to book the theory test. The local theory test centres are Watford, Luton and Stevenage. Please note it is not a requirement for you to have passed a theory test to start driving lessons.
